We have implemented an Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 to ensure continual improvement and sustainable practices across all areas of our business.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

At BWO, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders. Our goal is to eliminate hazards, reduce OH&S risks, and promote a culture of safety and well-being throughout our operations.
We implement and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018, ensuring continual improvement and compliance with legal and other applicable requirements.

– Identify and assess H&S risks and opportunities to prevent work-related injuries and ill health

– Continually improve our H&S management system through proactive leadership and worker participation

– Consult and involve workers in decision-making processes related to health and safety
