Facility
From January 1st, 2026, Baltic Wind Operators will operate an 84,000 m² surface treatment facility in Esbjerg, purpose-built for large-scale industrial components supporting onshore and offshore operations. With two production lines, three interconnected 45-meter halls, and 90-ton lift capacity, the facility is designed for continuous blasting, metalizing, and painting — delivering stable capacity, efficient workflows, and consistent coating quality for demanding industrial projects.

Two Production Lines
With two parallel production lines, the facility is built to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. This increases overall throughput and provides clients with flexible scheduling, reduced waiting times, and predictable delivery, even when project volumes are high.
Three Interconnected 45-Meter-Long Halls
Three interconnected halls, each 45 meters long, 9 meters wide, and 6 meters high, create a continuous production flow from blasting to final coating. This layout minimizes internal transport, improves process control, and delivers consistent coating quality and shorter lead times for large industrial components.
90 Tons Lift Capacity
The facility is equipped with two lift vehicles, each capable of lifting 45 tons, providing a combined lift capacity of up to 90 tons. This enables safe, efficient handling of heavy and oversized industrial components, reducing handling time and ensuring smooth flow through the surface treatment process.
